Information
Bjarkan Sweater is a classic Nordic raglan sweater inspired by Norse heritage. Its name comes from Bjarkan, one of the runes of the Elder Futhark, combining traditional stranded colourwork with a timeless Scandinavian design.
The sweater is knitted from the bottom up with raglan shaping using two strands held together: Rauma Finull and DROPS Kid Silk. This combination creates a soft, lightweight and warm fabric with beautiful stitch definition. The pattern includes six sizes from XS to XXL, and Bjarkan is also available in a chunky version.
The pattern is available in Norwegian, English, Danish, Swedish and German.
