The Shoal of Fish Sweater 2 is a beautifully soft and cosy sweater featuring a distinctive school of fish motif. It is knitted from the bottom up with broad raglan shaping using DROPS Kid Silk and DROPS Alpaca held together with one strand of DROPS Merino. The school of fish across the body consists of 38 rounds of intricate colourwork, while the remainder of the sweater is straightforward knitting. The pattern includes 6 sizes, and the sample shown in the photos is size M.
The distinctive school of fish motif across the body is complemented by smaller fish motifs on the sleeves, creating a timeless maritime design. The combination of alpaca, kid mohair and merino creates a lightweight, warm and exceptionally soft sweater with a beautiful halo and excellent stitch definition. The pattern is suitable for knitters with some experience of stranded colourwork and raglan shaping.
