The Ing Sweater is a raglan sweater knitted from the bottom up using DROPS Kid-Silk together with DROPS Flora or DROPS Alpaca and one strand of DROPS Merino Extra Fine. The pattern includes 6 sizes from XS to XXL. The sweater shown in the photographs is knitted in size L. Ing is named after one of the Norse runes.
Beautifully coordinated colours create a harmonious design with gentle transitions from light to dark. The pattern colour is worked in a single strand of Merino Extra Fine, while the background colour is knitted with two strands held together: Kid-Silk and Flora or Alpaca. The pattern is suitable for knitters with some experience of raglan shaping and stranded colourwork.
The pattern is available in Norwegian, English, German, Danish and Swedish.
