Logr sweater (pattern)

The Logr Sweater is knitted in Rauma VAMS. It features raglan shaping, an I-cord neckline and stranded colourwork using five colours. The design is inspired by the old Norse rune Logr, which is repeated throughout the pattern. The pattern includes seven sizes, and the sweater shown in the photos is size S.

Rauma VAMS is a warm and durable 100% Norwegian wool yarn that gives the sweater excellent structure and comfort. The repeated rune motif creates a distinctive design inspired by Norse heritage. The pattern is suitable for knitters with some experience of raglan construction and stranded colourwork.

The pattern is available in Norwegian, English, German, Danish and Swedish.

Knitting the Logr sweater

The Logr sweater is knitted in the round, which means that instead of knitting back and forth in rows, you’ll be working in continuous circles to create a seamless garment. Knitting in the round is an efficient technique that eliminates the need for side seams, giving the jumper a smooth, even finish.
