Information
The Narviga Sweater is a light and airy raglan sweater knitted with two strands of kidsilk. It is worked from the top down with a wide neckline, short sleeves and a decorative eyelet raglan. The pattern includes 9 sizes, and the sample shown in the photos is size S. The sweater weighs only 133 grams and is perfect for using up leftover yarn.
By combining different types and colours of kidsilk, every sweater becomes unique while making excellent use of leftover yarn. The top down construction also makes it easy to adjust the length as you knit. The pattern is suitable for knitters with some experience of raglan shaping and stocking stitch.
The pattern is available in Norwegian, English, German, Danish and Swedish.

Knit with 2 strands together.
FROM TOP TO DOWN
Here you start with the neck, knit raglan and divide the work into sleeves and body when the raglan is finished. Then you knit the body first, then the sleeves.
In this pattern, it might be a good idea to knit the sleeves before the body, so that you get the sleeves dark enough if you use leftover yarn.
For both, different types of kidsilk are mixed, with the darkest colors coming first.
PS! The pink version here has slightly longer sleeves.
