The Thurs Sweater is a colourful sweater knitted in Ístex Léttlopi. It is knitted from the bottom up with a circular yoke worked in six colours. The pattern includes six sizes from XS to XXL, and the sweaters shown in the pictures are size M and XL with two different main colours.
The Thurs Sweater combines traditional Icelandic colourwork with a modern and vibrant look. Léttlopi is a lightweight, warm and durable wool yarn, making the sweater equally suited for everyday wear, weekend outings and cooler days throughout much of the year. The colourful yoke together with the matching patterns on the sleeves and lower body creates a distinctive yet timeless design. The pattern is suitable for knitters with some experience of colourwork and circular yoke construction.

Note! If you knit tighter when in pattern, change to needles size 5 in the pattern section and use 4 ½ when in stockinette stitch. If you knit looser than the knitting tension, use needles size 4 and 4 ½ in the pattern.
