Information
The Crab Sweater is a classic round yoke sweater knitted in Viking Alpaca Storm. It is worked from the bottom up and is available in 7 sizes from XS to XXXL. The sample shown in the photographs is size XL (and a bit big for the crab fisherman here…).
The maritime crab motif is repeated on the body, sleeves and yoke, creating a timeless coastal design. Viking Alpaca Storm is made from 40% alpaca, 40% merino wool and 20% nylon, making the sweater soft, warm and durable. The pattern is suitable for knitters with some experience of stranded colourwork and round yoke construction.
The pattern is available in Norwegian, English, German, Danish and Swedish.
